Hi, I just joined this forum.
I'm Sidney the too's mom (He won the photo contest this month )
I also have a quaker named Oatmeal and a green cheek conure named Koko.
I'm not a breeder or anything I just have my parrots for pets. They are all like
one of the family. A new birdie will be arriving in the Middle of March, I'm hoping anyway.
I hope to meet you all and find out a little about you all as well.

Hi Kathy...congrats to you and Sidney. I have a U2 also, her name is McCloud, she is a real sweety (ok she is spoiled rotten and demands rubs and head scratches)
We are also owned by a DYA and an AG (pets) and we raise parotlets, green cheeks, keets, tiels and lovebirds.

Toos are so photogentic, I'm sure you have great ones of McCloud. I would love to see your flock. Can we post pictures here? I just adopted Koko, she is still a bit shy but she is coming around. She's a yellow sided green cheek. Gosh she is so acrobatic. I find her hanging upside down quite often and she walks straight down the side of her cage. She's so cool. I should have gotten her years ago. LOL

yes you can post pictures here and we would love to see them. When you go to post a comment go down under the submit and you will see file name and browse there you can find the file from your computer you want to upload then under the file comment you can post a comment about your file then submit should work.

Glad to have you as a member of the forum sounds like you have a great feathered family. I have a Sun Conure and a Peach Front Conure. I also am OWNED by an African Grey and have 7 Parakeets.

I am not a breeder but sometimes my Parakeets think they should be. I have three babies that my parakeets hatched about 4 months ago they are so fun to watch. I really enjoyed the whole process of egg to baby. I have one parakeet who likes to lay eggs then after she lays the last one she pushes them out of what ever she laid them in. Right now she has laid some and one of my babies is sitting it they are co nesting. I find this very interesting and am looking forward to what will happen.
